Weight gain

Doctor,

I'm 14 weeks pregnant, I was 68 kg before pregnancy, lost 6 kgs in first trimester due to nausea and smells aversion and loss of appetite, now I'm at 63 kg. My father has diabetes and I had a whiplash which is untreated as I couldn't get an mri due to pregnancy due to risks associated, so due to these things I was told to not gain any weight until I'm 24 weeks.

How to ensure this? Right now I eat home food mostly, my digestion is still slow, unable to eat much curries or chicken, relying on fruits and milk with vivamom. What changes should I make and what protein powder suits my case?
