I am on week 15th of my pregnancy. I have been facing vaginal cramps or muscle pain kind of thing. Whenever I move from left to right or vice versa while sleeping, I mostly have it in nights. Mornings are fine. I am feeling by the end of the day, my energy levels are low and my back also pains more by the night. That can be the reason I am having prominent vaginal pains during the night. I am facing this from last 3-4 weeks.
