Hi Doctor,
I received my reports yesterday evening and found that I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes.
My fasting blood sugar is 85 mg/dL, and 2 hours after 75 g glucose it is 205 mg/dL.
I’m quite worried and currently unable to meet my doctor as she is on leave for the next 3 days. I wanted to check if this level requires urgent medication or if I should consult another doctor immediately.
In the meantime, please advise if there is anything I should start doing right away to help control my sugar levels.
