I’m 21 weeks and in the middle of the night, I experience a knot lol like feeling which pains a bit in the left side of my stomach. It doesn’t hurt when I sleep on my left side. But when I shift to my right side/get up, it hurts. Do I need to go to the hospital for a visit? Or is it normal
