Resently my 4 month old boy got his ear pierced by our local jweller, he has developed fever but only his forehead get warm rest no body parts are warm (Hands or Legs) temperature show 37.7 ° C. (morning) 38.6° C (evening)
Have given him Paracetamol Oral Suspension I. P.
Is it normal, kindly confirm....!
