Hello Doctor,
My son who is now 2.3 yrs has developed some sort of pimple with some white stuff inside it on his left hand near his finger. Please suggest what it could be and how to treat it.
This is now reddish on the sides but initially it was very small...and this development has happened almost over 3 weeks time.
Please suggest.
