I had a missed abortion and took the medicine misoprostol on 15 dec post which a lot of bleeding happened and it came out naturally but bleeding stopped in a week. Scan on 22 showed rpoc, et 15.2mm then I had to take 3 days of misoprostol 200mg morning and evening but bleeding happened. On 29th scan the report has again shower rpoc with et 13mm. Is it required that I have to go for vaccum aspiration or I can wait for next natural cycle
