High altitude travel during pregnancy

Hi Doctor,

I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. There’s a travel plan to Bhutan towards the end of April. By then I’ll be completing 32 weeks. Is it okay to travel to higher altitudes? Any special precautions needed?
