Hi doc - I am 14 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing constant acid reflux issues. I feel better those days when I take one PAN 40 in the morning as Gelusil syrup doesn't help in acid reflux even if taken 3 times a day after meals. So, I was wondering instead of taking PAN 40, can I try taking *Gaviscon double action antacid syrup* - the same was prescribed by a gastroenterologist in the past (when I was not pregnant) to deal with constant acid reflux situations. If it is safe during pregnancy, can I take 2 tsp 3 times a day after meals?
