I am 11 weeks pregnant. I had visited hospital today with complain about fever and cold but forgotten to mention about gastric problem due to which I am having intense pain in chest and back.
Medicines recommended for fever was dolo 650. What is the recommended medicine for gas problem due to which there is pain in chest and back ?
