I am in my first trimester and have been having mild stomach pain since last midnight, continuing through today. The pain makes it hard to sleep, but I feel better when sitting and it starts again when lying down. Is this normal in early pregnancy, or should I be concerned? What could be causing it, and do I need any urgent checks or treatment?
