Doubt regarding travel during pregnancy

Hi Doctor,

I stay in bangalore and I am 7 weeks pregnant right now. I have to travel to Hyderabad this week for 3 days, what is the ideal mode of transport and is it safe to travel? Also when is the right time for first scan?
