Hi doc,
My wife is breastfeeding our 7 weeks old baby. Mostly she will express milk using breast pumps 20 mins after every 2 hours, and 4 hours during night time. Recently she observed some kind of lumps on bottom side of one of the breast. Is it a sign of concern? What can we do?
