I am 14 weeks pregnant, i still hv vomittings since 7th week… the concern is that today i saw a little blood during vomiting, also i have BLACK STOOLS since 2 days.
Earlier i though i statred iron tablet thats y the color of the stool has changed..
is there any thing to worry about, what should i do please help 🙏
Is this an emergency? Could there be any bleeding in the stomach?
