My baby is 2 months old now and sometimes i see red dots or spots in her poop. Poop is yellow colour with red dots or spots. It doesn't happen everytime she poops but it happens once in a while. Please advise how to resolve this. She is also having poop 3-5 daily most of them after feeding. She is on exclusive breastfeeding.
