Rash on buttocks

Hi ,My baby is 15 days old and got rash on bum area his buttocks cheeks are red and swollen due to rash.Can you suggest any cream.Previously I was using Cetaphil rash cream but later I switched to soframycin.Kindly suggest what is good for baby
