Periods cramp or pain in pelvic area during 8 month

I am 32 week 5 days pregnant with twin pregnancy, sometimes I feel periods like cramps in lower abdomen extending to left leg for almost 3-4 hours.. and pain in pelvic area.. Is it normal? Or there are any concerns

please suggest
