Consumed diclofenac during pregnancy

I am 21 weeks pregnant. By mistake I have consumed diclofenac instead of doxynate two days in a row (200mg each day) since both the tablets looked alike. This was a mistake at my end. Do I need to be worried? Is there something i must do now?
