I just did random blood test to check my lipid and testerone.

I was schocked to see my cholestrol levels are very high. I never had any issues or doctor never told me to check lipid before. It came 345, even LDL was very high. Though HDL also high. My testerone level is also very high. Its 128.

Why such increase? Is anything wrong
