I am 10 week pregnant and having lot of acidity, heartburn and lot of burps even after eating in small amounts like half chapati etc.. I have tried all the things dr suggested but not helping. Dr also suggested Gaviscon but not helping.
Should i go for pantop D or something? Please help!!
